About ERP and the Project
Energy Resilience Partners, LLC (ERP) is a tribally led federal energy-resilience contractor building the contingent team for the USAG Ansbach - Storck Barracks Smart Microgrid in Bavaria, Germany. The 730-day project integrates two 1 MW diesel generators, 2 MW / 4 MWh battery energy storage, photovoltaic generation, 20 kV medium-voltage distribution, fuel systems, protection, SCADA/microgrid controls, fiber communications, an underground interconnection corridor and full testing, training and commissioning.
Position Summary
Owns the integrated CPM schedule, progress measurement, critical path, schedule narratives, and forecast-to-complete reporting.
What You Will Do
- Translate the awarded requirements into controlled scope, WBS, schedule, cost, risk, records, and accountable action owners.
- Coordinate ERP, Government, RICHARD, P3, JV participants, OEMs, and subcontractors through the authorized reporting and escalation chain.
- Maintain timely, auditable records and decision-ready weekly/monthly reporting; identify variances before they affect the critical path.
- Prevent unauthorized commitments, uncontrolled access, superseded information, or unsupported labor/cost charges.
- Support mobilization, performance, changes, invoicing, acceptance, closeout, and lessons learned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience and demonstrated performance on federal, EPC, utility, or complex construction programs.
- Strong written communication, digital systems, records discipline, and ability to coordinate across U.S. and German time zones.
- Ability to meet the assigned work-location, Germany work-status, installation-access, and information-handling requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
USACE/RMS-CM experience; PMP/PSP/CPCM or role-specific credential; OCONUS/Germany experience.
Germany Work Authorization, Location and Access
- Selection remains subject to contract qualifications, installation access, employer-of-record and data/system permissions.
- Remote outside Germany or approved Germany-local/accredited/short-term work status for required site visits.
- May be an authorized representative/consultant, but the individual and qualifications require Government approval and substitution control.
- No field work may begin until required Government personnel approval, installation access/badging, safety orientation, role designation/appointment, system/data permissions and work-front release are complete.
Field, Travel and Employment Conditions
- Work arrangement: GERMANY-BASED HYBRID; minimum presence: Weekly site presence and monthly update cycles.
- Project-based and contingent upon award/NTP, funding, final staffing authorization, qualification verification, Government approval where applicable, employer-of-record completion and installation access.
- Must support approved work hours, outages, testing windows, alternate shifts, weekends or German holidays when the schedule and lawful working-time controls require.
- Must comply with ERP/prime direction, EM 385-1-1, German safety and labor requirements, quality controls, CUI/FCI and photography/device restrictions, accurate timekeeping and project conduct rules.
