About ERP and the Project
Energy Resilience Partners, LLC (ERP) is a tribally led SBA 8(a) federal contractor advancing energy resilience and mission assurance. ERP was awarded the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant Microgrid and Combined Heat and Power construction contract in Independence, Missouri. ERP is recruiting its prime-contractor team to direct and oversee the work.
The project integrates a 15 MW dual-fuel turbine CHP system, HRSGs and steam interfaces, natural-gas and backup propane systems, 12.47 kV distribution and substations, SEL-based protection, microgrid controls, cybersecurity, operator training, and full commissioning at an operating industrial facility. The contract allows 1,014 calendar days after notice to proceed. Recruiting begins now; assignment and site mobilization depend on the required bonds, Government NTP, access, and role-specific onboarding.
Position Summary
Coordinate meeting records, onboarding, access rosters, badges, training records, deliveries and site administrative requests; maintain a controlled action log and support the field PMO.
What You Will Do
- Maintain onboarding, training, access and badging rosters for ERP staff and approved partner personnel.
- Record action items, meeting minutes, site communications, deliveries, office supplies and controlled visitor arrangements.
- Check access and safety prerequisites with designated leads before people or deliveries arrive.
- Support timekeeping, travel, personnel file routing and document control without accepting unapproved charge coding.
- Maintain accurate contact lists and emergency coordination information.
Minimum Qualifications
- Three years project administration in construction or a controlled-access environment; strong confidentiality and spreadsheet skills.
- Project office administration, detailed recordkeeping and spreadsheet capability.
- Ability to handle personal and controlled information discreetly.
- Ability to meet the applicable installation access, safety, information-handling, and assignment requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Federal installation badging or industrial site mobilization.
- RMS, Unanet, HRIS or document control familiarity.
- Relevant military, Tribal, apprenticeship, or nontraditional experience that demonstrates equivalent capability where the role permits it.
What Success Looks Like
Accurate readiness rosters, meeting actions and reliable support for daily site operations.
Field, Travel and Employment Conditions
- Work at an operating industrial installation may involve outdoor weather, uneven ground, stairs or ladders, construction noise, PPE, and coordination around ongoing plant operations. The actual essential functions will be reviewed for the assigned role.
- Project needs may include scheduled outages, factory testing, startup travel, or occasional weekend and alternate-shift work, subject to employer policies and approved site plans.
- Final assignment follows approved work packages, qualifications, installation access, and project authorization. Personnel who handle FCI/CUI must use only approved systems and procedures.
- ERP will provide the approved compensation range, benefits, and any travel terms through its normal hiring process. The internal CSS compensation category is not a promise of a particular rate.
