  • Coordinate tank foundations, above-ground fuel tanks, piping interfaces, containment, leak/pressure testing, fuel polishing, access, and heavy-haul routes.
  • Manage utility locating, excavation permits, competent-person controls, testing laboratories, special inspections, and as-built survey documentation.
  • Sequence work with electrical, generator, telecom, environmental, security, and Fort Buchanan operations.
  • Track crews, quantities, productivity, material acceptance, deficiencies, and three-week look-ahead commitments.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of heavy civil, utility, fuel-system, or industrial construction experience with 5 years in field supervision.
  • Experience with earthwork, underground utilities/ductbanks, reinforced-concrete foundations, site drainage, and restoration.

  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States, follow drug-free workplace and conduct requirements, and protect FCI/CUI using only authorized systems and procedures.
